If you already have TPS (temporary protected status) from Somalia and would like to keep your TPS status, you must register between June 1, 2015 and July 31, 2105.
If you have never been granted TPS but you feel that you may be eligible, you may be able to file a late initial application. This new extension will grant TPS status until March 17, 2017. If you believe that you may be eligible, contact our office right away to make sure you don’t miss this deadline!
