Successfully removed a 258E Harassment Order previously issued and renewed against a private Defendant. In this action, the Petitioner had applied for a criminal harassment order against the Defendant, which was entered back in 2010. For the next two (2) years, despite the intervention of outside counsel, the Defendant was unable to lift the heavy chains of this 258E Order. Upon retaining the firm of Shapiro Law, PC, the attorneys of the Firm successfully argued against the renewal of the 258E Order, thereby allowing the Defendant the ability to have unrestricted access to her children.
