Real Estate – Successfully preserved and enforced Landlord rights in a Summary Process action in District Court against a defaulted Tenant. In this action, a defaulted Tenant refused to vacate the premises despite multiple attempts to formally evict her by the Landlord client. The matter was directed to mediation, where the Landlord ultimately secured an eviction of the delinquent Tenant.
